More often than not, it gives leadership the opportunity to show they have the answers and they know what needs to be done.

By demonstrating this knowledge, the team member is reassured of the overall strategy and can be reminded of their importance in achieving the best result.

A leader who jealousy guards any important information and lacks people skills can bring their authority into question and put the project in jeopardy.

A workplace that fosters suspicion and doubt can quickly become a fractured and even toxic environment.
